Hickory Court Cafe
HOURS OF OPERATION
​Monday - Friday | 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
The Hickory Court Cafe is the campus go-to meeting place and restaurant. Guests can enjoy made-to-order items, or ready-to-go salads, sandwiches, and snacks with our selection of Chef Fresh items. We also proudly serve Starbucks coffee.

DAILY LUNCH
Lunch options include a salad bar, Live Well, fresh deli options, pizza, chargrill, and cook to order stations, desserts and all-you-care-to-drink beverages.

Whether you're in between classes or research stop by the Hickory Court Cafe where we proudly serve Starbucks hot coffee.
CHEF FRESH
Chef Fresh is our grab-n-go program, designed for students on the go. Our program offers options including salads, sandwiches, snacks, candies, a variety of parfaits and yogurts, homemade hummus, cheese and fruit plates, and more
​About Our Concepts
  • Day Breakers - The perfect way to start the day! Our breakfast concept includes cooked-to-order eggs, omelet bar, pancakes, waffles, delicious breakfast proteins, and a selection of breakfast sandwiches.
  • DuJour – When we say soup of the day, we mean it! Our soups are made fresh daily and the menu changes with the seasons, because we use fresh, local ingredients whenever possible. 
  • J. Clark’s Grille – Featuring house-made specialty burgers, hot sandwiches fresh from the grill, wings, fries, and more.
  • Market Street Deli – Made-to-order deli station that offers a wide variety of fresh toppings, meats, cheeses, and breads.
  • Pizza Express – Everyone has a favorite style of pizza and at Pizza Express students will find a delicious variety of wood fired pizza that they can take-out or dine-in​.
